OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes the City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from
one capital project to another; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with construction to extend
Horsetooth Road west, and provide access to the new school , as part of the
Taft Hill Road and Horsetooth Road Intersection capital project; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Taft Hill Road and LaPorte Avenue
Intersection capital project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer of existing appropriations be
authorized in the Capital Projects Fund:
FROM: Taft Hill Road and LaPorte Avenue Intersection $123,000
TO: Taft Hill Road and Horsetooth Road Intersection $123,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of July, A.D. 1989, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of August, A.D. 1989.
