HomeMy WebLinkAbout116 - 08/15/1989 - ZONING THE INTERSTATE ASSOCIATES ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 116, 1989 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE INTERSTATE ASSOCIATES ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Interstate Associates Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the H-B Highway Business District: A tract of land situate in Section 15 and in Section 22, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the North line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 22 as bearing N 89"59'00" W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the North line of the said Northwest 1/4 which bears N 89059100" W 1446.03 feet from the North 1/4 corner of said Section 22 and run thence S 15036'00" W 447.99 feet; thence N 89'59'00" W 810.90 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 25; thence along said Easterly right-of-way line, N 18°21'30" E 330.54 feet, and again N 52°25'00" E 70. 10 feet; and again S 89°59'00" E 300.00 feet, and again N 65'47'30" E 109.70 feet; thence N 00°01'00" E 60.00 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of Prospect Road; thence along said North line, S 89059'00" E 371.65 feet; thence S 00"01'00" N 30.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7.4694 acres more or less. Section 2. That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned upon the entire above-described property being developed as a planned unit development in accordance with the Ordinances of the City. Section 3. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 1st day of August, A.D. 1989, and to be presented for final passage on the 15th day of August, A. 1989.
