OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, Fort Collins Police Services has been awarded a grant in the
amount of $54,000 from the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice; and
WHEREAS, this grant requires $41,409 of City matching funds which were
previously appropriated pursuant to the 1989 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated grant revenue
the sum of FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($54,000), for expenditure in the
General Fund for the Fort Collins Police Services Special Investigations
Unit.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of October, A.D. 1989, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of October, A.D. 1989.
