OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REPEALING SECTION 8-73 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, THE FUND /
CREATED TO ACCOUNT FOR CEMETERY OPERATIONS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 26 of the Charter requires that all
financial resources of the City be accounted for in the General Fund with
the exception of those particular categories required ordinance to be
accounted for separately; and
WHEREAS, the purposes for which the separate ccounting of cemetery
operations was instituted in 1980 are no longer vi le; and
WHEREAS, the consolidation of appropriate funds will facilitate the
City's accounting procedure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY T COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 8-73 of the Code of t e City of Fort Collins, entitled
Cemetery Fund, is hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorab on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of October, A . 1989, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of October, D. 1989.
