OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 26-514 (3) (b)
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE
DETERMINATION OF STORMWATER UTILITY FEES
WHEREAS, Section 26-514 (3) (b) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
provides for the determination of rates and the establishment of stormwater
utility fees by the Director of Utility Services; and
WHEREAS, the Storm Drainage Board has reviewed the proposed 1995 budget and
recommends that Section 26---E4 (1) (b) of the Code of the City of Fort Cel l i51s
be amended to increase the stormwater basin capital improvement base rates of the
stormwater utility fee; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that it is
in the best interests of the City that the aforesaid adjustments be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that effective January 1, 1995, Section 26-514 (3) (b) of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins is hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 26-514. Determination of stormwater utility fee.
