BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 16 and 1-17 CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS
AMENDED RELATING TO THE SALARIES TO BE PAID THE CITY
ATTORNEY AND THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-16 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be amended to read as follows
'Section 1-16 Salary City Attorney The salary to be paid the
City Attorney shall be $6 000 00 per annum payable in monthly installments
of which sum $4 800 00 shall be charged to general government expense and
$1 200 00 to the City of Fort Collins Division of Electric Light and Power
Section 2 That Section 1-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended shall be amended to read as
follows
Section 1 17 Salary - Municipal Judge The salary to be paid to
the ,judge of the Municipal Court shall be $5 400 00 per annum payable in
monthly installments which sum shall be charged to general government
expenses '
Section 3 The effective date for the changes in the above salaries
shall be January 1 1965
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 3rd day of December A D 1964 to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of December A D 1964
