of an easemmt in the Seventh Fairview Subdivisions according to the recorded
plat thereof, said portion to be vacated being moss particularly described as
fella", to-wit:
All of that utility easement located on the northerly
side of Lot 1s Block Us in the Seventh lairviea Sub-
divisions according to the recorded plat thereof;
