OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI770F FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE CDBG FUND FOR THE LARIMER COMMUNITY SERVICES FACILITY
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS. the City has received $132,000 in unanticipated revenue from
Larimer County; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 83-154 dedicated this money to the Larimer
Community Services Facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unantici-
pated revenue in the CDBG Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($132,000) to be used for the Larimer Community Services Facility.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of April , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of April , A.D. 1984.
