ORDINANCE NO. 49 , 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS-OF-WAY ON
THE PLAT OF REDWOOD VILLAGE P.U.D. , PHASE I
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all easements and rights-of-way located on the plat of Redwood
Village P.U.D. , Phase I ; and
WHEREAS, on February 23, 1984, the Planning and Zoning Board approved
the Meadows at Redwood Village P. U.D which replatted the entire area
contained in the Plat of Redwood Village P.U.D. , Phase I; and
WHEREAS, all easements and rights-of-way on the original plat have
changed and need to be vacated to accommodate the replat; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and have indicated no
problems with the vacations; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements and rights-of-way dedicated on the plat of
Redwood Village P.U.D. , Phase I, be, and the same hereby are, vacated,
abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of April , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of April , A.D. 1984.
