OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive grant funds totalling
$424,154 from the Colorado Highway Commission; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to be used to replace the
Linden Street Bridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-
FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($424,154) for expenditure in
the Capital Projects Fund for the replacement of the Linden Street Bridge.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of �April , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th aye of April A.D. 1984.
