OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C=OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN
PROJECTS IN THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND
FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEDESTRIAN WAY GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins , in Ordinance
No. 53, 1983, authorized the issuance of Tax Increment Bond Anticipation
Notes in the amount of $3,100,000; and
WHEREAS, proceeds from this bond issue are available for appropria-
tions; and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
completed project to another project; and
WHEREAS, appropriated funds for the completed Mason Street Parking Lot
projact are in excess of the amount needed for the project; and
WHEREAS, appropriated funds for the establishment of the Tax Increment
Mechanism are in excess of the total amount needed for the project; and
WHEREAS, appropriated funds for the Issuance of Bond Anticipation
Notes are in excess of the total amount needed for the project; and
WHEREAS, these funds are required for the development of Pedestrian
Way Guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby authorized for transfer in the Downtown
Development Authority Fund:
FROM: Unanticipated Revenue $12,482
Mason Street Parking Lot 1,342
Tax Increment Establishment 3,795
Cost to Issue Bonds 881
TO: Pedestrian Way Guidelines $18,500
and that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from unanticipated
revenue in the Downtown Development Authority Fund the total sum of EIGH-
TEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($18,500) for the development of Pedes-
trian Way Guidelines.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 17th day of April A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
final passage on—tie ist day of May A.�D..�1984.
