OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 131
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a portion of the alley in Block 131 set forth in more particular
below; and
WHEREAS, this vacation is necessary to accommodate the Downtown
Development Authority (DDA) Parking Garage PUD; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board approved the DDA Parking Garage
PUD on January 23, 1984; and
WHEREAS, all affected utilities have been contacted and have no
problems with this vacation; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain portion of the alley in Block 131, set out more
particularly as follows, to wit:
The west 140 feet of the east-west alley of Block 131 City of
Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21St day of Feb. , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on t e Othday o March , A.D. 1984.
