OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE TRANSPORTATION FUND FOR THE SAINT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive grant funds totaling
$7,000 from community program Title III funds through the Larimer County
Area Office on Aging; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to conduct the SAINT
program which is a program under the absolute control of the City estab-
lished for the purpose of providing volunteer transportation service for
seniors (60+) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($7,000) for expenditure for the SAINT program.
Introduced , considered favorably on first reading , and ordered
published this 2nd day of October, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th of October, A.D. 1984.
