OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI7TTF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED
IN THE FOSSIL CREEK SECOND ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Fossil Creek Second
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the "R-L", Low Density
Residential District:
A tract of land consisting of approximately 2.8 acres located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 6 North , Range 69 West of the
6th P.M. , Larimer County , Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Considering the north line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 1 as
bearing S 89°48'34" E and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said
Section 1, thence along said north line of the SW 1/4 S 89°48' 34"
E 575.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning: thence continuing
along said north line of the SW 1/4 S 89°48'34" E 310.72 feet ;
thence S 00048'47" W 459.76 feet; thence N 89°48' 34" W 310.72
feet ; thence N 00048' 47" E 459 .76 feet to the True point of
Beginning.
Section 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of November, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of December , A.D. 1984.
