OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
ELECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 9-7 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relating to polling places be, and the same hereby is , amended to read as
follows:
"§9-7. "There are hereby created sixty-one (61) election pre-
cincts in the City of Fort Collins to be known and designated
as follows and with polling places within such precincts as
follows:

Section 2. That Section 9-8 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: _
"§9-8 . The boundaries of the election precincts as herein
created in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado are hereby fixed
and established as shown on the map entitled "District-Precinct
Map" dated December 4, 1984, which map accompanies this ordi-
nance and is hereby made a part hereof. In the event the
boundaries of the City of Fort Collins are enlarged adjoining
any precinct, the existing boundaries between precincts shall be
extended in a straight line into the additional territory so
that duly annexed lands are added to the adjoining precinct."
