OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE F. A. U. S. GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive Federal Aid Urban
Systems money on a reimbursable basis totaling $352 ,772; and
WHEREAS , such revenue has been designated for construction and
installation of the computerized signal system expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditures in 1984 through
1987 from unanticipated revenue in the F.A.U. S. Grant Fund the total sum
of Three Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Two Dollars
($352 ,772) for the computerized signal system expansion.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading , and ordered pub-
lished this 41h day of December, A. D. 1984 and to be presented for final
passage on the 1$th day of December, A. D. 1984.
