OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
COMMUNICATIONS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 84-96 authorized the City Manager to enter into a
lease agreement with Northern Telecom, Inc. , for an amount not to exceed
$250,000 to upgrade the City' s telephone system; and
WHEREAS, the lease proceeds represent unanticipated revenue in the
Communications Fund; and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate the lease proceeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000) in the Communications Fund for the upgrade of
the City' s telephone system.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of December, A. D. 1984 and to be presented for final
passage on the .1$.th day of December, A.D. 1984.
