OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C AT FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the ICS Division of the General Fund has incurred expenses
totalling $14,003 while performing work for other funds and the City of
Loveland; and
WHEREAS. reimbursement for these expenses has been received in the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of FOURTEEN THOUSAND
EIGHT DOLLARS ($14 ,008) in the General Fund for the reimbursement of
appropriations expended on the behalf of others.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of December, A. D. 1984 and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of December, A.D. 1984.
