OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN STORM DRAINAGE CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to transfer appropriations between capital
projects to maintain a consistent Storm Drainage accounting system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfers of existing appropriations be author-
ized:
1. FROM: LaPorte and Taft Hill Storm Sewer $ 15,000
TO: West Vine Drainage Basin Improvements $ 15,000
2. FROM: Trend Cedar Village Outfall $ 15,000
11 Riverside and Pitkin Storm Sewer 17,000
it Parkwood Lake Sedimentation Structure 67,973
TO: Spring Creek Basin Improvements $ 99 ,973
3. FROM: Evergreen Park Basin Improvements $110,300
TO: Evergreen Park-Greenbriar Basin
Improvements $110 ,300
