OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR
RESERVES IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR TRANSFER
TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15 of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins authorize City Council to appropriate prior year reserves at
any time such reserves are available and to transfer unexpended, appro-
priated amounts from one fund to another; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to reconstruct Timberline Road from Harmony
Road to Prospect Road in conjunction with Larimer County; and
Fund.WHEREAS, funds are available from prior year reserves in the General
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from prior year
reserves in the General Fund the total sum of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($375,000) for transfer to the Capital Projects Fund, and
appropriated for expenditure in the Capital Projects Fund for the recon-
struction of Timberline Road from Harmony Road to Prospect Road.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of December, A.D. , 1984, and to be presented for final
