ORDINANCE NO. 212, 1984
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND FIXING THE
SALARY OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That Section 2-24 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the Municipal Judge be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "Forty-Three Thousand
Nine. Hundred Dollars ($43,900) per annum" and by substituting therefor
the words and figures "Forty-Six Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($46,100) per
annum".
Section 2. That the effective date of this pay adjustment shall be
the first pay period in January, 1985.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 15th day of January, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of February, A.D. 1985.
