OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BY CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
FORBES REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 29 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by
changing the zoning classification from R-L-P Low Density Planned
Residential District, with the condition that the property be developed as
a planned unit development, to R-L-P Low Density Planned Residential
District, for the following described property in the City known as the
Forbes Rezoning:
A tract of land situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 8 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P.M. , Fort Collins,
Colorado, which considering the West line of the Southwest 1/4 of
said Section 32 as bearing S O1°15'28" E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto is contained within the
boundary lines which begin at a point on the West line of the
said Southwest 1/4 which bears S O1°15'28" E 34.01 feet from the
West 1/4 corner of said Section 32 and run thence N 89°50' 10" E
562 . 17 feet ; thence S O1 ° 15 ' 28" E 1575 . 83 feet ; thence
S 89`50'10" W 562. 17 feet to a point on the West line of the said
Southwest 1/4; thence along said West line N O1°15'28" W 1575.83
feet to the point of beginning, containing 20.3334 acres, more or
less.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 5th day of December, A.D. 1989, and to be presented for
final passage on the 19th day of December, A.D: 1989.
