OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 2 OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-23 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the City Attorney be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "Fifty-Four Thousand
Dollars ($54,000) per annum" and by substituting therefor the words and
figures "Fifty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($55,500) per annum" .
Section 2. That the effective date of this pay adjustment shall be
January 12, 1987.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and order published
this 17th day of February, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final passage
on the 17th day of March, A.D. 1987.
