OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITT TF FORT COLLINS,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 82-3
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
PARKLAND FEES AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT
OF SAID FEE TO $625.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 82-3 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is , amended by deleting therefrom the words and
phrases "Five Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($590.00)" and adding thereto the
words and phrases "Six Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($625.00)" .
Section 2. The increase in Parkland Fees set forth above shall become
effective on January 1, 1985.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of October, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
