HomeMy WebLinkAbout041 - 04/07/1992 - ZONING CAMERON PARK ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO. 41, 1992 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 29 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE CAMERON PARK ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows : Section 1 . That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Cameron Park Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the B-L, Limited Business District: A tract of land situate in the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 2 as bearing N 00°38'29" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the Southeast Corner of said Section 2 and run thence N 00°38' 29" E 1752.70 feet; thence N 88°53'31" W 48. 57 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 88°53'31" W 289.00 feet; thence N 46'53'31" W 170.00 feet; thence N 36°53'31" W 100.00 feet; thence N 62°36'29" E 216. 16 feet; thence along the arc of a 145.00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 174.21 feet, the long chord of which bears N 61°48'42" W 163.92 feet; thence N 00°39'49" E 172.02 feet; thence along the arc of a 50.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 132. 16 feet, the long chord of which bears N 59022'43" E 96.91 feet; thence along the arc of a 15.00 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 19. 12 feet, the long chord of which bears S 52°50'04" E 17.85 feet; thence S 89°20' 11" E 162 .84 feet; thence N 00°39'49" E 119.93 feet; thence S 88°53'31" E 170.00 feet ; thence S 00°39'50" W 704.00 feet to the point of beginning . Containing 5. 7778 acres. Section 2. That the Director of Engineering is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance.
