OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING THE DISTRICT-PRECINCT MAP
FOR THE 1993 REGULAR CITY ELECTION
WHEREAS, Article II, Section 1(c) of the Charter requires that prior to
October 8, 1992, the City be divided, by ordinance, into six (6) Districts; and
WHEREAS, said Districts must consist of approximately the same number of
registered electors and must represent one (1) contiguous, reasonably compact
unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the 1993 District-Precinct Map dated September 15, 1992, on file in the
office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted and shall be in effect for the April
6, 1993 Regular City Election.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 1st day of September, A.D. 1992, and to be presented for final passage on
the 15th day of September, A.D. 1992.
