OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITP—UF FORT COLLINS,
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE FROM A NEW REVENUE SOURCE
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue from a new
revenue source at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the additional twenty-five hundreths percent ( .25Y) Sales and
Use Tax levied July 1, 1984 to fund the "Necessary" General City Capital
Projects is a new revenue source; and
WHEREAS, the Library Remodel project is a designated "Necessary"
General City Capital Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Capital Projects Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($103,000) for expenditure in the Capital Projects Fund for the Library
remodel .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of October , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
final passage on the 2Oth day of November A.D. 1984.
