OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V , Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins authorizes City Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one
project to another project; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to have Larimer County make certain improve-
ments to the City' s portion of Spaulding Lane; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Capital Projects Fund appropriated
capital reserve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer of existing appropriations be author-
ized:
From: Capital Reserve $15,000
To: Spaulding Lane Improvements $15,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this .0t2 day of November , A.D. 1984, and to be presented for
final passage on the 5th day of February , �A�.�D. 1/985.
