OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS AND APPROPRIATING
PRIOR YEAR RESERVES IN THE GENERAL FUND
FOR TRANSFER TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15, of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins authorize City Council to appropriate prior year reserves at
any time such reserves are available and to transfer unexpended, appropri-
ated amounts from one fund to another or from one project to another; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to remodel the Lincoln Center entrances;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the Museum/Community Center Roof
Repair Capital project and from General Fund prior year reserves.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1 . That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure from
prior year reserves in the General Fund the total sum of SEVEN THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,300) and appropriated for expenditure in the
Capital Projects Fund, Lincoln Center Entrance Project.
Section 2. That the following transfer of existing appropriations be
authorized in the Capital Projects Fund:
FROM: Museum/Community Center Roof Repair $51 ,000
TO: Lincoln Center Entrance Project $51,000
Section 3. That these appropriations are made for the remodel of:
a) Lincoln Center Main Entrance $28,500
b) Lincoln Center Mini Theater Entrance 17,100
c) Lincoln Center Ludlow Room Entrance 12,700
TOTAL $58,300
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of September, A.D. 1984, and to be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of September, A.D. 1984.
