OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C=OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 82-3
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
PARKLAND FEES AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT
OF SAID FEE TO $655.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That section 82-3 of the Code of the Ci of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting there rom the words and
phrases "Six Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($625.00) and adding thereto
the words and phrases "Six Hundred and Fifty Five Dol rs ($655.00)".
Section 2. The increase in Parkland Fees set orth above shall become
effective on January 1, 1986.
Introduced, considered favorably on rst reading, and ordered
published this 1st day of October, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of October, A.D. 19
