AMENDING SECTION 114-2 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE "MODEL
TRAFFIC CODE FOR COLORADO MUNICIPALITIES", 1977 EDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 114-2 (Amendments) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Section 114-2A is amended to set out the following
add itioneT—amendment to the provisions of the Model Traffic Code, in
numerical sequence with previous amendments :
Section 21-5, Restricted use of snowmobiles, skis, toboggans, coasters,
skates and similar devices, is amended by the addition of subsection (e) as
follows:
(e) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall ride on roller skates, skateboards or similar devices upon
a sidewalk or in or on a public parking lot or facility.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 17th day of September, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of October, A.D. 1985.19��
