OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE
CULTURAL SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins Museum has received a Local Assistance
Program grant from the Colorado Historical Society Denver, in the amount of
$457; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to use these funds to hire a person to
complete the cataloguing of the Fort Collins Museum's historical items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Cultural Services and Facilities Fund the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Seven
Dollars ($457) for expenditures in the Cultural Services Fund for hiring a
temporary, part-time employee to complete the cataloguing of the Fort
Collins Museum's historical items.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 3rd day of September, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for
final passage on the 17th day of September, A.D. 1985.
