REPEALING SECTIONS 17-143 OF THE CITY CODE,
PERTAINING TO USE Oh VULGAR, PROFANE OR INDECENT LANGUAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Section 17-143 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is hereby repealed
in its entirety as follows:

MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES
VIII. Offenses Against Decency.
Sec. 17-141 Carrying or drinking liquor or fermented malt beverages in certain places
Sec. 17-142 Nudity; indecent exposure
Sec. 17-143 Window peeping
Sec. 17-144 Urinating in public
Sec. 17-145 Definitions; promoting certain materials or performances prohibited
