OF THE COUNCIL OF THE City OF FORT COLLINS
REPEALING SECTION 112-118(K) OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS REGARDING
MUNICIPAL STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
it is in the best interests of the citizens of the City that the operation
and maintenance of the streetlighting system be transferred from the
General Fund to the Light and Power Utility; and
WHEREAS, said transfer will not result in an increase in electric
rates or fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
1. That Section 112-118(K), Schedule M: Municipal Street lighting,
be, and hereby is repealed.
2. That the remainder of Section 112-118 be realphabetized
accordingly.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 1st day of July, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of July, A.D. 1986.
