OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 158, 1986 TO
DELETE SECTION 5 PERTAINING TO THE
CHOICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on September 6, 1983 the City Council adopted Resolution
83-140 creating the CHOICE Advisory Committee for the purpose of
comprehensively addressing energy issues on the local level ; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution 83-140, the Council
and members of the Committee have reviewed the Committee's progress and
accomplishments to judge whether or not it still performs a necessary and
worthwhile function; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the Committee has successfully
carried out the intent of its original charge and therefore should be
dissolved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Ordinance No. 158, 1986 is amended by deleting Section 5
relating to the CHOICE Advisory Committee.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of August, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of September, A.D. 1987.
