OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City will receive $9,064 from City property owners who
chose to make concrete improvements adjacent to their property in
cooperation with the City; and
WHEREAS, these funds will be used to replace the concrete adjacent to
their property as part of the Mason Street Reconstruction Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
Capital Projects Fund the sum of NINE THOUSAND SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS ($9,064)
for the Mason Street Reconstruction Project.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 1st day of September A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 15th day of September, A.D. 1987.
