OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 29-414 (b) (22)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
PERTAINING TO THE RIVER CORRIDOR DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the River Corridor District has listed as a use permitted,
"Public utility installations, excluding repair and storage facilities";
and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it is in the best interests
of the citizens of the City that public installation repair and storage
facilities be permitted in the River Corridor District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Section 29-414(b) (22) be amended as follows:
" (22) Public utility installations,
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 17th day of November, A.D. 1987, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of December, A.D. 1987.
