OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a grant totalling $1,000 from the
National Trust for Historic Preservation; and
WHEREAS, such funds will be used for an educational manual on historic
preservation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue in the
General Fund the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000) for an Historic
Preservation Manual .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 4th day of February, A.D. 1986, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th day of February, A.D. 1986.
