OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING ALL EASEMENTS ON THE ORIGINAL PLAT
OF SANDCREEK VILLAGE P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate all streets and easements on the original plat of Sandcreek
Village P.U.D. ; and
WHEREAS, on July 23, 1984 the Planning and Zoning Board approved the
replat of Sandcreek Village P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, all easements designated on the original plat of Sandcreek
Village P.U.D. need to be vacated to accommodate the replat; and
WHEREAS, all utilities have been contacted and indicate no problems
with the request; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that all easements dedicated on the original plat of Sandcreek
Village P.U.D. be, and they hereby are, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 21st day of May, A.D. 1985, and to be presented for final
passage on the 4th day of June, A.D. 1985.
