OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 29-525 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY TO
INCLUDE THE STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES FOR
THE NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE CORRIDOR AND AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 171, 1995,TO INCLUDE SECTION 29-525
WHEREAS, Section 29-525 of the Code contains a list of "Standards" that have been
adopted by the City Council for application to certain land use development proposals; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 171, 1995, the City Council, on January 2, 1996,
adopted the Standards and Guidelines for The North College Avenue Corridor but did not include
Section 29-525 as one of the implementation sections of the Code; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that Section 29-525 should be amended to include
the Standards and Guidelines for The North College Avenue Corridor therein; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that Ordinance No. 171, 1995 should be amended
to include Section 29-525 as an additional implementation section.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 29-525 of the Code of the City be amended by the addition of
a new subparagraph (6) to read as follows:
Sec. 29-525. Application of Standards.
(6) Standards and Guidelines for The North College Avenue Corridor.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 171, 1995, shall be amended by the addition of Section
29-525 to the list of implementation sections contained therein.
