HomeMy WebLinkAbout092 - 06/19/2001 - REZONING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE TIMBERLINE LANE REZONING (FAILED ON FIRST READING) ORDINANCE NO. 92, 2001 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE TIMBERLINE LANE REZONING FROM UE (URBAN ESTATE) TO HC (HARMONY CORRIDOR) i WHEREAS,Division 1.3 ofthe Fort Collins Land Use Code(the"Land U e Code")establishes the Zoning Map and Zone Districts of the City; and WHEREAS,Division 2.9 ofthe Land Use Code establishes proced, es and criteria for reviewing the rezoning of land; and WHEREAS,in accordance with the foregoing,the Council has considered the rezoning ofthe property which is the subject of this ordinance,and has determmined that the said property should be rezoned as hereafter provided; and % WHEREAS,the Council has further determined at the proposed rezoning is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and/or is wan-anted by chan conditions within the neighborhood surrounding and including the subject property; and WHER/tenthe extent applicable, Council has also analyzed the proposed rezoning against the consideratistablished in Secti 2.9.4(H)(3) of the Land Use Code.
