HomeMy WebLinkAbout170 - 11/04/1997 - REZONING INTERSTATE LANDS REZONING ORDINANCE NO. 170, 1997 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE INTERSTATE LANDS REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 3.8.7(E) of the Land Use Code of the City be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the above- described properties to be placed in the C, Commercial and E, Employment Districts as excluded from the Residential Neighborhood Sign District and that the above-described properties to be placed into the L-M-N,Low-Density,Mixed Use Neighborhood and U-E,Urban Estate Districts as included in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance. i Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 21st,day of October,A.D. 1997, and to be presented for final passage on the 4th day of November, A.D. 1997.
