HomeMy WebLinkAbout159 - 11/04/1997 - REZONING TIMBERLINE LAKES REZONING ORDINANCE NO. 159, 1997 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE TIMBERLINE LAKES REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the Zoning Map of the City of Fort Collins adopted pursuant to Section 1.3.2 of the Land Use Code of the City be, and the same hereby is, amended by changing the zoning classification from the RC, River Conservation, District to the "B" Employment District and "T" Transition District for the following described property in the City known as the Timberline Lakes Rezoning: (A) THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SHALL BE REZONED TO THE"E",EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT: Tract 1, Cache La Poudre Industrial Park,P.U.D.,City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, according to the plat recorded on November 11, 1985 at Reception Number 85057278 in the records of the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder (hereafter"Cache La Poudre Industrial Park P.U.D.), situate in the West half of Section 17 and the East Half of Section 18,T7N,R68W of the 6th P.M.
