OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
LINCOLN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. 1 ST ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Resolution 98-45 finding substantial compliance initiating annexation
proceedings, has heretofore been adopted by the Council of the City of rt Collins; and
WHEREAS,the Council does hereby find and determine tha is in the best interests of the
City to annex said area to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE UNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following described prope to wit:
A tract of land situate in the South''/z of Sect' 3,Township 7 North,Range 69 West
of the Sixth P.M., and in the North '/2 of ction 10, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the Sixth P.M., County of Lad er, State of Colorado, which, considering
the South line of the Southeast '/4 of id Section 3 as bearing N90°00'00"W and
with bearings contained herein relaf thereto,is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at a point on said th line which bears N90°00'00"W 804.00 feet
from the Southeast Corner of s d Section 3, and run thence along the West line of
the Hanna Second Annexati S00°32'00"E 30.00 feet to the South right-of-way
line of Vine Drive;thence ng said South right-of-way line,N90°00'00"W 942.87
feet to a point on the Ea ine of the Northside Baptist Church Annexation; thence
along said East line, 00°19'00"E 30.00 feet to the Northeast Corner of said
Northside Baptist C rch Annexation;thence along the North line of said Northside

the Lincoln Junior High School 1 st Annexation.
Section 2. That, in annexing said property to the City, the City does not a me any
obligation respecting the construction of water mains, sewer lines,gas mains, electric ice lines,
streets or any other services or utilities in connection with the property hereby an ed except as
may be provided by the ordinances of the City.
Section 3. That the City hereby consents,pursuant to Section 37-45-13 (3.6), C.R.S.,to the
inclusion of said property into the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colora Water Conservancy
District.
