OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That Section 2-606 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the Municipal Judge be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "fifty thousand dollars
($50,000. ) per annum" and by substituting therefor the words and figures
"fifty-two thousand dollars ($52,000. ) per annum" .
Section 2. That the effective date of this pay adjustment shall be
January 11, 1988.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of March, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of April , A.D. 1988.
