OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins will receive grant funds in 1988
totalling $50,000 from the Colorado Division of Highway Safety; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to be used to support the
Fort Collins Drunk Driving Enforcement Program; and
WHEREAS, $42,700 in Colorado Division of Highway Safety grant funds
was previously appropriated in the 1988 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from unanticipated revenue the
sum of SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($7,300) for expenditure in the
General Fund for the Fort Collins Drunk Driving Enforcement Program.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of February, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of March, A.D. 1988. O
