OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 24, 1996 REGARDING THE
LANDMARK REHABILITATION GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS,Ordinance No.24, 1996,established a Landmark Rehabilitation Grant Program
(the "Program") as an ongoing project of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Ordinance No. 24, 1996, provided"That the Program shall have
an application deadline of December"; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the Program and the
City that the City Manager be authorized to establish an application deadline administratively,
provided that ample advance notice of the establishment of such deadline is available.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that Section 7 of Ordinance No. 24, 1996, be and hereby is repealed and readopted to
read as follows:
Section 7. That the City Manager shall establish the application deadline for each
year that the Program is administered,which deadline shall be no less than sixty (60)
days after the date that the deadline is established by the City Manager. Applications
received after the application deadline will not be considered. Notification of grant
awards will be made by mail on or before the first day of March.

August, A.D. 1997, and to be presented for final passage on the 19th day of August, A.D. 1997.
