OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 17-1 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS TO ADD THE DEFINITION OF "THING OF VALUE"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section 17-1
of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended by addition, in
alphabetical order, the definition of "Thing of value, " to read as follows:
Sec. 17-1. Definitions.
Thing of value shall include real property, tangible and intangible
personal property, contract rights, chores in action, services,
confidential information, medical records information and any other
rights of use or enjoyment connected therewith.
