OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE SETTING BOUNDARIES
FOR PRECINCTS FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1 . That the boundaries for municipal election precincts be,
and hereby are, fixed and established as set out in the "District-Precinct
Map" dated November 15, 1988, which map is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
Section 2. That in the event the boundaries of the City of Fort
Collins are enlarged adjoining any precinct, the existing boundaries
between precincts shall be extended in a straight line into the additional
territory so that duly annexed lands are added to the adjoining precinct.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 1st day of November, A.D. 1988, and t be presented for
final passage on the 15th day of November, A.D. 19
