OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 23-156 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
ENFORCEMENT OF CEMETERY RULES AND REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
23-156 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be amended by lettering the
existing subsection as (a) and adding thereto the following as Subsection
(b) , which subsection shall provide as follows:
(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly violate
any provisions of such rules and regulations relating to conduct
within the cemeteries.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 2nd day of February, A.D. 1988, and to be presented for
final passage on the 1st day of March A.D. 1988.
